February...

It feels like this month has just slipped by. Right back into kindy, swimming and dancing the time flies. Isla is coming on in leaps and bounds at kindy with her reading, writing her own "stories" - she keeps asking when she can start school. Lachy is talking flat out and now putting four and five words into sentences - it feels like this stage happened in a flash.

There have been parties, trips to Piha for fish and chips, Parnell Pools - i will leave it up to a few pics but here are a few tidbits:

While dressing her doll in some of her old baby clothes Isla came across a stretch and gro with Mummy's Little Angel written on it. She asked "why does it say that mum?". I replied, "well, because you are my little angel aren't you". Isla: Sigh. Exasperated tone. "but I'm not an angel, I'm a princess".

Lachy has added a new song to his repertoire of two. Baa, baa black,sheep or "baa, baa, sheep. Ba ba sheep. Baa, baa sheep" and on, and on, and on.

Also the cutest thing in my world at the moment is Lachy asking me for a "tuddle" when he wakes up every morning. Wish it wasn't at 6am, but still cannot resist the little guy.
